New custom residence in La Jolla Shores, carefully oriented on its site, minimizing energy use and capturing natural light and ventilation. Existing mature trees are being retained. Structural materials are sustainable – we are incorporating ICF (insulated concrete forms) walls for energy and construction time savings, and to meet stringent fire codes. The SIP (structural insulated panel) roof is appropriately sloped to carry solar. Interior and exterior finishes are selected for their sustainability. More >>
